To celebrate World Pasta Day, Gloria is teaming up with Rome’s iconic Alfredo alla Scrofa for a one-night-only Fettuccine Alfredo feast on Tuesday 28th October.
Owner Mario Mozzetti will fly in to serve the original century-old recipe, alongside a Roman 4-course menu by Chef Filippo La Gattuta.
